Thanks for your patience as we put up the 2007 Season Superlatives and All-AABL Teams! This is a fun part
of the year when we can evaluate the performances of various players throughout the year. None of the
AWARDS are true awards. Noone receives a prize. But sometimes recognition can be just as good.
The Awards were given with help from various conversations from AABL players, staff, and fans. The
statistics gained during the Regular Season may be the biggest factor when weighing the performance of
various players. Also, having favorable seasons in the past helped. In the end, I take total responsibility for
the players chosen for the various awards. So please relay all negative and positive comments about the
choices to ferd@naabl.com or just sign the GUESTBOOK! If you know me, then you know I love all kinds of
feedback. I'm expecting some heated debates .
Please know that the AABL understands that stats aren't everything and that the best teammates may be the
ones that don't have stats as a high priority. These AWARDS are one way for us to analyze the season and
the players. Please notice that the two teams that made the Championship game-- Quiet Storm and the
Bullets-- were great TEAMS and that few of the players on these squads garnered many awards. Take from it
what you will.
Once again, thanks for your patience and ENJOY!
